Today, I´ve added a new book to my summer reading list. Most people that are interested in entrepreneurial businesses already know the bestseller book “The Lean Startup” written by Eric Ries in 2011. In his first book Ries presents the lean startup methodology for developing businesses and products that aims to shorten product development cycles and rapidly discover if a proposed business model is viable, achieved by business-hypothesis-driven experimentation, iterative product releases, and validated learning.
In his latest book „The Startup Way” Ries reveals how entrepreneurial principles can be used by businesses of all kinds, ranging from established companies to early-stage startups, to grow revenues, drive innovation, and transform themselves into truly modern organizations.
